All orders are securely packaged and dispatched via fully insured premium courier services, ensuring your timepiece arrives safely and promptly. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days once dispatched, while international timeframes vary by destination and customs requirements.

Due to the exclusive and market-sensitive nature of fine timepieces, we do not offer refunds on purchased items.

We do, however, provide exchange options for timepieces of equal or greater value, subject to availability and condition. Our team will work with you to facilitate a seamless transition, ensuring the next piece reflects your evolving collection.

We encourage clients to make use of our private consultations prior to purchase so every detail is understood with confidence.

At Timeless Timepieces, every timepiece is presented with the assurance of authenticity, integrity and performance.

All physical goods purchased through Timeless Timepieces are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of acquisition, unless otherwise specified. This warranty applies to mechanical faults arising from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Should a repair or component replacement be required within the warranty period, the remaining coverage of the original warranty will apply, or a further 12 months from the date of repair or replacement — whichever provides longer protection.

Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not extend to:

• Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, impact, improper maintenance or unauthorised modifications.
• Wear and tear consistent with normal use, including cosmetic marks, scratches or strap wear.
• Damage caused by natural events or external forces, including but not limited to floods, fire or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Loss or theft of the timepiece.

We encourage all clients to handle and service their timepieces in accordance with manufacturer recommendations to preserve performance and longevity.
